Job summary

Solution One Industries seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead complex federal programs, manage cross‑functional teams, and serve as a trusted partner to government customers. This executive role can be remote or based in Killeen, Texas, offering impact across cost, schedule, quality, and performance.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in large-scale logistics or operational support, strong risk management and DoD contracting experience, and the ability to deliver best‑in‑class

Qualifications

• Master's degree and 15+ years of program management experience
• Proven success managing large, complex logistics or operational support programs
• Strong expertise in risk management, contract execution, and performance oversight
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint

Responsibilities

• Lead program execution across cost, schedule, quality, and performance objectives
• Direct multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and subject matter experts
• Manage program risks, implement solutions, and ensure contractual compliance
• Serve as the primary interface with Government stakeholders and Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs)
• Drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement
• Directs and provides leadership to contractor and sub-contractor teams working with local, State, or Federal government programs in accordance with existing procedures, applicable laws, and government requirements
