Job summary

AeroVironment seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead a large DoD contract focused on building and maintaining custom applications for MPO. You will manage all aspects of program management, including finance, security, contracts and technical delivery, and liaise with COR/CO.

Required: 15 years of federal program management experience, TS with polygraph, PMP, and PMO leadership. Annapolis Junction with limited telework; salary $180,000–$265,000, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Security Clearance with Polygraph required.
• 15 years’ federal program and contract management experience.
• PMP certification.
• Experience managing PMO, earned value, and DoD contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of program management across finance, security, and technical delivery.
• Coordinate with Deputy PM, TTO Leads, and Technical Leads for contract execution.
• Allocate resources, staffing, facilities, and budgets.
• Draft and coordinate contract transition plans.
• Review and approve EV, ETC, and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR and ICD 801 policies.
• Communicate with COR and stakeholders about issues and solutions.
