Job summary

AeroVironment, Inc. in Herndon, VA, seeks a Program Manager to lead mission-critical federal contracts, reporting to a Division Director.

You will provide technical, managerial, and administrative resources to execute requirements and adapt to approved work beyond the initial scope. The role requires a TS/SCI with poly, 10+ years of federal program management on $25M+ contracts, and strong experience in requirements analysis, cost control, scheduling, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS).

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• 10+ years as a program or project manager on federal contracts ($25M+).

Responsibilities

• Lead technical, managerial, and administrative resources to fulfill contract requirements and approved work beyond initial scope.
• Document, control, and manage GFE, GFP, and CAP.
• Oversee contract budget measurement, resource management, cost monitoring and control, and contract compliance.
• Coordinate interaction between Contract Team and Government personnel to maintain schedules.
