Job summary

Celestar, a B&A Company, is seeking a Program Manager to lead a contract with a federal government client. You will manage the contract workforce and serve as the senior liaison with Government personnel to ensure requirements are met under the contract terms.

The role requires expert knowledge of intelligence processes, strong communication, and the ability to deliver tasks on time and within budget while reporting progress and risks to senior officials.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Program Management Professional (or equivalent).
• MA or MS degree in Business, Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field with 10 years of management experience on US Army/DoD programs.
• Alternatively BA/BS with 15 years of management experience on US Army/DoD programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract workforce and liaison with Government authorities.
• Participate in meetings, briefings, and reviews and provide status updates.
• Ensure tasks are planned, coordinated, and delivered per priorities, schedule, and budget.
• Generate reports and annual status updates on the Task Order.
• Apply intelligence processes and GEOINT knowledge to support DoD operations.
