Job summary

Celestar Corporation, a B&A Company, seeks a Senior Program Manager to support the DIA CICADAS task order at Fort Meade, Maryland. The role will oversee project operations, cost, schedule, and risk management to ensure contract success.

Active TS/SCI clearance with a current polygraph is required. Anticipated award/start in December 2026, with 1 Base Year + 4 Option Years and a salary range of $160,000-$230,000 annually. Compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and funding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience related to the labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years and a Master’s degree.
• Minimum 17 years of experience related to the labor category with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with a current polygraph; both must have been adjudicated/completed within the past five years.

Responsibilities

• Manages project operations to ensure production schedules are met and relationships with customers are maintained.
• Responsible for cost, schedule, performance and risk identification/mitigation on projects.
• Coordinates resolutions to production-related problems.
• Provides Project Management/Supervision and Direction to ensure successful cost, schedule, and performance of the contract.
• Ensures tasks are logged and assigned to the appropriate sections/personnel for completion.
• Monitors task progress and coordinates with requester for additional time or clarity if needed.
• Responsible for the quality and efficiency of the project across technical issues and business processes.
