Job summary

Celestar, a B&A Company, is seeking a Program Manager to lead a contract with a federal government client. The role focuses on overseeing contract execution, liaising with the Government, and ensuring requirements are met under the contract terms.

You will engage with senior military officials and stakeholders, coordinate across teams, and ensure timely, compliant deliverables while maintaining strict intelligence and security standards.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Program Management Professional (or equivalent).
• MA or MS in Business, Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field with 10 years of management experience on DoD programs and projects; or BA/BS with 15 years of management experience and 10 years supervisory.
• Active TS/SCI clearance (within last 5 years).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire contract workforce and serve as senior liaison between Contractor and Government.
• Participate in meetings, briefings, conferences, and reviews as directed by COR/ACOR/TTMs.
• Help plan, coordinate, and communicate approved tasks with Government personnel.
• Ensure tasks are delivered per Government priorities, schedule, and budget.
• Provide status updates, deviations, and remediation strategies.
• Ensure data is reported and accessible to Government data systems; generate required reports.
