Job summary

Celestar, a B&A Company, is seeking a Program Manager to join a contract with a federal government client in support of an important mission. You will lead a talented team while serving as the senior liaison between the Contractor and Government, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and mission goals.

Qualifications

• PMP certification or equivalent.
• MA/MS in Business, Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field with 10 years of management experience incl. 10 years supervising DoD programs and expert intelligence analysis OR BA/BS with 15 years of management experience incl. 10 years supervising DoD programs and expert intelligence analysis.
• Active TS/SCI clearance (within the last 5 years).

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract workforce and liaise with Government officials.
• Attend meetings, briefings, and reviews with COR/ACOR/TTMs.
• Advise on management, technical, cost, or schedule information as needed.
• Plan, coordinate, and communicate tasks with Government personnel.
• Ensure tasks are delivered per Government priorities, schedule, and budget.
• Provide status updates and remediation strategies.
• Ensure data access for Government review and create required reports.
• Prepare annual task order status report.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of the intelligence cycle and analytic processes.
