Job summary

Bart & Associates, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate all activities required to successfully execute DoD and federal contracts. You will oversee project execution, ensure compliance with the Performance Work Statement, and serve as the primary liaison between Government stakeholders and contractor personnel.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of federal contract management, 5+ years DoD experience, a BA/BS, and an accredited PM certification (PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2).

Qualifications

• BA/BS from an accredited college or university in any discipline.
• Accredited Project Management certification required (PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage activities and associated contract requirements in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
• Provide day-to-day project oversight, planning, execution, and reporting to ensure successful contract performance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Government representatives regarding project status, deliverables, risks, and performance issues.
• Coordinate project resources, personnel, schedules, and deliverables to meet contract objectives.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure successful execution.
• Develop project plans, schedules, status reports, and executive-level briefings.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with contractual, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Government and contractor stakeholders to resolve operational, administrative, and technical issues.
• Provide written and oral briefings to senior Government leadership regarding project progress, risks, and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure all work performed meets quality standards, mission requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives and maintain effective communication across project teams.
