Job summary

Network Runners, Inc. is seeking a Contractor Program Manager to support ICE, OCFO, OFM, CS-OPS.

The role provides senior-level direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership for the CS-OPS task order, serving as the main contractor representative to CO, COR, and GPM. You will manage performance, deliverables, and reports, supervise personnel, and ensure compliance with DHS/ICE rules and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of executive-level project/contract operations oversight.
• PM Certification such as PMP or equivalent.
• Experience supervising personnel across multiple labor categories.
• Experience communicating with senior/executive management.
• Experience in both private-sector and Federal-sector projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level direction, administration, QA and leadership for CS-OPS task order.
• Serve as primary contractor point of contact for CO, COR, GPM.
• Ensure timely completion of all task order requirements and deliverables.
• Supervise contractor personnel and coordinate workload across labor categories.
• Manage overall task order performance and escalate issues to CO/COR.
