Revolutional in Suitland, MD, is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a large-scale federal modernization initiative. You will oversee BPA/task orders, financials, governance, and executive stakeholder engagement across cloud transformation, data platforms, AI/ML-enabled capabilities, and DevSecOps.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in program management, federal delivery leadership, or enterprise modernization initiatives.
• PMP certification required.
• Experience with SAFe and coordinating delivery across multiple Agile teams.
• Experience delivering AI/ML-enabled solutions and data modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution and operational oversight across a large-scale federal BPA with multiple task orders.
• Manage program financials, forecasting, staffing, subcontractor coordination, and FAR-compliant delivery.
• Establish governance structures, reporting cadences, and delivery management processes.
• Drive cloud transformation, open-source migration, DevSecOps enablement, and AI/ML-driven solutions.
• Oversee SoS integration across programs, vendors, and interdependent systems.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple SAFe teams and ensure KPI/SLA/QASP alignment.
• Lead executive-level engagement and risk management across the federal modernization program.
