Dev Technology Group is seeking a Senior Director to lead a portfolio of federal software development and modernization programs, based in Reston, VA. The role requires strategic leadership, strong customer engagement, and oversight across programs to ensure mission success and growth.

You will guide teams through cloud, AI/ML, and modern software delivery approaches while maintaining DHS-related readiness.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in federal tech programs.
• 10+ years leading complex federal programs and portfolios.
• Proven ability to build trusted federal customer relationships.
• Experience with cloud, AI/ML, Agile, DevSecOps, and modernization.
• Strong executive communication and leadership development.
