Job summary

Unison, a leading provider of procurement and program management solutions to the federal marketplace, is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead delivery and operations for large-scale ERP and grants management programs. You will own program health, schedule, budget, and client relationships across multiple engagements.

The role requires seasoned leadership, mentoring across cross-functional teams, and experience with Agile/Waterfall hybrids.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering integrated federal ERP systems or large-scale enterprise tech programs.
• Experience owning client relationships, statements of work, scope management, and staffing/utilization.
• Experience managing federal programs, contracts, or tech initiatives at enterprise level.
• Experience owning program budgets, margins, and financial reporting for delivery engagements.
• Experience managing executive-level client relationships, governance, and escalations.
• Experience building, leading, and mentoring cross-functional delivery teams.
• Experience leading delivery in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
• Experience supporting proposal development, capture, and pricing for federal contracts.
• Experience managing subcontractors or teaming partners on federal programs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for large, complex federal programs.
• Serve as primary trusted advisor to senior government stakeholders and Unison leadership.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional delivery teams across multiple engagements.
• Manage program risk, issues, dependencies, and change control at enterprise scale.
• Support client relationship management, governance, and contract performance reviews.
• Guide programs through the full delivery lifecycle from requirements to O&M.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and federal regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement of PMO standards and delivery practices.
• Identify staffing needs and succession planning for delivery roles.
• Represent Unison with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
