Job summary

Unison is seeking a Senior Consultant to act as the senior functional authority on federal acquisition engagements using Unison's platform for acquisition, grants management, and contract lifecycle solutions.

The role is hands-on and involves setting standards, mentoring other Consultants, and advising senior government stakeholders on process improvements and adoption across both implementation and O&M engagements.

Qualifications

• Extensive consulting/functional support in enterprise software for federal programs.
• Owns functional solution design and configuration on engagements.
• Mentors Consultants; reviews work products and provides guidance.
• Experience advising senior government stakeholders in client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Own the functional solution on engagements, including business process design and configuration.
• Set and enforce functional standards for requirements, testing, and client deliverables.
• Provide direction to Consultants and review their work products for quality and consistency.
• Lead requirements gathering, business process analysis, testing, and user acceptance for complex workstreams.
