Job summary

Unison is seeking a Project Manager to support the implementation, delivery, and ongoing operations of federal acquisition and contract lifecycle solutions for civilian, defense, and intelligence community customers. You will sit in the PMO and Delivery Services, working with federal clients and cross-functional teams across consulting, development, testing, training, and operations.

The role ensures delivery stays on schedule, on scope, and on budget while maintaining trusted client

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
PM certification (PMP, Agile, or similar) is a plus.
Experience delivering enterprise software or large-scale implementations.
Experience with federal government clients or contracts.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and manage integrated project schedules with dependencies and milestones.
Coordinate delivery activities across functional, technical, testing, training, and O&M teams.
Track scope, risks, issues, decisions, and drive items to closure.
Lead or support client-facing status meetings and executive reporting.
Monitor project financials and support contract administration and invoicing inputs.
Partner with PMO and delivery leadership on staffing and risk mitigation.
Apply PMO standards and templates across projects.
Build trusted client relationships and identify process improvements.
