Job summary

Osi Vision, LLC in San Diego seeks a Program Integrator to help plan, coordinate, and integrate Federal Government defense projects. You will align work with government priorities, schedules, and program objectives, while coordinating with government leadership, contractors, and technical teams.

The role requires developing implementation plans, managing PM artifacts, monitoring performance, identifying risks, and preparing documentation to support informed decision-making and successful program

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 10 years in project management or program integration.
Active Secret security clearance required.
Experience with DoD or federal government programs preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with Government program leadership, contractor management, technical teams, and stakeholders.
Develop implementation plans, procedures, project strategies, execution approaches, and recommendations.
Plan, coordinate, monitor, and report on assigned projects to align with priorities and schedules.
Facilitate collaboration and information sharing among Government stakeholders and contractors.
Maintain project schedules, milestones, action-item trackers, risk logs, and other PM artifacts.
Identify risks and improvement opportunities and propose mitigations or corrective actions.
Support the preparation and maintenance of risk matrices and program deliverables.
Prepare recurring program status reports and executive-level briefings.
