Job summary

Osi Vision is seeking a Program Integrator to support planning, coordination, execution, and integration of projects for a Federal Government defense program in New Jersey. You will work with Government leadership, contractor teams, and stakeholders to align work with priorities, schedules, and program objectives.

The role emphasizes developing plans, maintaining management artifacts, monitoring performance, and preparing leadership briefings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least ten years of progressively responsible PM/Program integration experience.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional Government, contractor, and military/stakeholder teams.
• Experience developing project schedules and management artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Government leadership and stakeholders to support projects.
• Develop implementation plans and program strategies.
• Plan, monitor, and report on project performance and schedules.
• Prepare program status reports and leadership briefings.
• Identify risks and mitigation actions.
• Maintain project management artifacts and documentation.
• Ensure handling of sensitive information with discretion.
