Job summary

Digital Consultants LLC seeks a Program Integrator to plan, coordinate, and integrate government-designated Blue List projects at DCMA facilities, with multi-stakeholder coordination across Government and contractor teams.

The role requires a strong PM background, defense program experience, and U.S. citizenship with eligibility for DoD-level clearance. On-site at Fort Lee, VA, with potential travel to San Diego, CA as needed.

Qualifications

• Ten years of progressive project management experience in defense or government programs.
• Experience tracking schedule and quality performance in large multi-stakeholder projects.
• Active U.S. citizenship; ability to obtain DoD-level clearance and CAC for government spaces.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, execution, and integration of Blue List projects and functional areas.
• Coordinate with Government PMs, CORs, and CPM to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Develop implementation plans, procedures, and recommendations for program growth and improvements.
• Plan, monitor, and report on projects to align with Government priorities and objectives.
• Facilitate collaboration among Government stakeholders, contractor personnel, and partners.
