Job summary

Digital Consultants LLC seeks a Program Integrator to plan, coordinate, execute, and integrate Blue List projects for DCMA at San Diego, CA and Fort Lee, VA. The role supports multi-stakeholder collaboration and government-facing activities to ensure on-time delivery.

Requirements include 10+ years of program management in defense, U.S. citizenship, and a Tier 3 background clearance. PMP and a Bachelor's degree are preferred, with a strong emphasis on delivering rigorous programmatic artifacts.

Qualifications

• Proven capability to manage multi-tenant or cross-functional stakeholder networks and compile rigorous programmatic deliverables (e.g., MSRs, Risk Matrices, and QMPs).
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and interface professionally with senior military and civilian leadership.
• Direct experience tracking schedule and quality performance in defense programs.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, execution, and integration of Blue List projects and functional areas.
• Coordinate with Government and stakeholders to support successful project execution.
• Develop implementation plans, procedures, project strategies, and recommendations for program growth.
