Job summary

OmniSci is seeking a Systems Integrator with strong project management capabilities to coordinate complex technical initiatives supporting Intelligence Community missions from Reston, VA.

You will bridge government customers, engineering teams, and program leadership to ensure milestones are met and mission objectives are executed, with emphasis on risk management, clear communication, and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 5+ years supporting technical programs within the Intelligence Community is required.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering teams is required.
• Strong project management and organizational skills are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical integration efforts across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, action items, and deliverables.
• Facilitate communication between government customers, contractors, and engineering teams.
• Identify program risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support technical planning sessions, program reviews, and executive briefings.
• Monitor project execution to ensure schedule and mission objectives are achieved.
• Track engineering activities and maintain program documentation.
• Coordinate Technical Exchange Meetings, design reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
• Prepare executive reports and status updates.
• Support rapid response activities and evolving mission priorities.
