Job summary

Swingtech is seeking a Senior Federal Program Manager to lead a large federal professional services program. You will manage contractor personnel, plan activities, and ensure performance aligns with contractual requirements while driving quality and continuous service-delivery improvements.

The role requires 8+ years in program management, PMP certification, and deep ISO 9001 knowledge to coordinate with federal customers and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program management experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standards.
• Master’s degree in a related field or 12 years of experience.
• PMP certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day program execution and staff.
• Plan, monitor, and close program activities from start to finish.
• Ensure tasks meet timelines, budgets, quality, and contract requirements.
• Lead continuous service-delivery improvements and stakeholder coordination.
• Apply ISO 9001 quality practices.
