Versar Global Solutions is seeking a Principal Pricing Analyst to lead pricing analyses for government contracts from its DC area headquarters or approved Versar location. The role requires independent execution, advanced analytical expertise, and leadership across pricing efforts with strong collaboration across enterprise teams.

The candidate will develop comprehensive pricing packages, adhere to FAR/CAS guidelines, and ensure compliant cost proposals across diverse contract types, including

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in federal proposal pricing.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Advanced Excel proficiency with dynamic cost models aligned to FAR/CAS/DCMA standards.
• Advanced Word and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Experience independently developing pricing for large, complex federal cost proposals and contracts.

Responsabilités

• Leads assigned pricing analyses and cost volume development across enterprise task orders, modifications, recompetes, and strategic opportunities.
• Develops complete pricing packages, including complex Excel cost models and cost narratives.
• Executes robust Excel-based pricing models tailored to RFP evaluation criteria and contract types (FFP, CPFF, CPAF, T&M).
• Ensures compliance with FAR, CAS, DCAA/DCMA audit expectations and company policies.
• Drafts pricing narratives and Basis of Estimate (BOE) documentation for government evaluators.
• Coordinates with BD, Contracts, and Finance to develop winning pricing strategies.
