Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to define, develop, and oversee pricing models supporting revenue growth for federal contracts.

The role sits at SPA's Alexandria, VA HQ and requires collaboration with Business Development, Finance, and DL/GL to ensure compliant pricing aligned with strategy. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of federal pricing experience, a Bachelor’s in Business or related field, strong communication skills, and the ability to obtain a

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
• 5+ years of federal government contract pricing experience.
• Experience with professional services or systems development proposals.
• Knowledge of the FAR and government acquisition process.
• Strong written and oral communication with senior leadership.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance; US citizenship required.

• Analyze diverse data to understand pricing factors and business trends.
• Partner with BD, Finance, and DL/GL to position pricing programs.
• Mentor staff and establish milestones and schedules.
• Monitor pricing environments and develop pricing models and projections.

• Select, develop, and evaluate pricing personnel for efficiency.
• Participate in strategy and pricing meetings.
