Job summary

Loch Harbour Group is seeking a Senior Pricing & Capture Analyst to own the cost volumes behind federal pursuits and help run capture activities from qualification through submission. This dual role blends hands-on pricing execution with capture support, allowing influence over which pursuits we chase and how we price them.

You will collaborate with Proposal Management, Business Development, Contracts, and our Solutions Architect to ensure the cost and technical narratives align and withstand

Qualifications

• Experience building cost volumes for federal RFPs and contributing to contract awards.
• Experience supporting capture activities: qualification, competitive analysis, or win strategy.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS cost principles and government cost proposal requirements.
• Advanced Excel skills: complex models, pivot tables, and auditable formulas.
• Ability to explain pricing rationale to non-financial audiences and defend assumptions.

Responsibilities

• Build cost volumes in response to RFP requirements with pricing narratives and templates.
• Develop pricing models for direct labor, indirect rates, escalation, ODCs, travel, materials, and fee across multiple structures.
• Translate pricing instructions into compliant submissions and maintain the pricing compliance matrix.
• Partner with the Solutions Architect on Basis of Estimate development and team cost assumptions.
• Lead price-to-win analysis and inform bid/no-bid decisions with competitive research.
• Support capture planning, win strategy, and teaming decisions with cost/capability analysis.
• Track opportunity pipeline and support gate reviews with pricing/competitive intelligence.
