Job summary

Cybermedia Technologies, based in McLean, VA, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Management Consultant to lead the CISA Stakeholder Engagement Division contract onsite in Arlington. The role focuses on complex governance, risk management, and rapid-response delivery for both unclassified and classified environments.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in federal program management, strong executive communication, and an active Top Secret clearance with SCI capability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of federal program, project, or contract-management experience across complex professional services.
• Excellent executive communication and leadership skills required.
• Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite project-management leader for the CISA Stakeholder Engagement Division.
• Develop and maintain Project Management Plan, WBS, IMS, and staffing structures.
• Establish risk, quality, configuration, and change management processes.
• Oversee governance artifacts, sector engagements, analytics, and rapid-response deliverables.
• Prepare monthly status reports, PM Reviews, and risk/financial updates.
• Monitor funding, expenditures, invoicing, milestones, and staffing needs.
• Coordinate cleared/unclassified personnel; ensure DD Form 254 and DHS compliance.
• Provide resources on short notice and sustain operations during urgent events.
