Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, business, public policy, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint and Teams.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent research, problem solving, critical thinking, and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft written work products, including strategic plans, project plans, process flows, meeting summaries and fact sheets.
• Support customer/stakeholder engagement activities such as drafting communications and reporting on onboarding progress.
• Lead development of slide presentations and infographics for communicating complex topics.
• Liaise with federal and consulting team members to share insights and improve service delivery.
• Gather insights through performance metrics and make recommendations.
