Job summary

Koniag Government Services seeks a Senior Program Analyst (Portfolio Manager) with a TS/SCI clearance to support a government customer at Fort Meade, MD. The role emphasizes portfolio health, data-driven decision making, and enterprise-level reporting.

You will develop policies, manage documentation, and craft briefs for senior leadership while coordinating across industry, academia, and government to leverage emerging technologies and data assets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience
• Experience with classified systems and environments
• Portfolio management experience
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills
• Experience designing/developing portfolio management solutions with data from varied sources

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive program analysis and portfolio management support
• Conduct portfolio health assessments (cost, schedule, performance)
• Identify issues/risks and mitigation strategies
• Develop and maintain SharePoint documentation and repositories
• Develop white papers and briefing materials for senior leaders
• Maintain awareness of emerging tech trends
• Develop and maintain portfolio database
• Design data collection methodologies for dashboards across frameworks
• Perform data analyses including AI-assisted predictive modeling
• Contribute to cost estimation and risk assessment processes
• Develop KPIs for portfolio effectiveness
• Prepare data-driven reports and briefings for interagency and DoD meetings
