Job summary

E-Logic, Inc. seeks a senior Program Manager to lead multi-disciplinary technical teams in supporting the Deputy Under Secretary of the Navy (Management) - Information Technology Division - DUSN (M) ITD.

The role provides complete operational oversight and acts as the exclusive point of contact for government stakeholders, contracting officers, and program leadership in the National Capital Region. The successful candidate will direct all aspects of program performance, enforce rigorous control

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of proven program management experience in the Federal IT sector.
• Active PMP certification from PMI.
• Demonstrated experience navigating FAR and government reporting architectures.
• Outstanding executive-level written and verbal communication competencies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the federal government client and manage communications.
• Direct all aspects of program performance: cost, schedule, scope, risk, and resource allocation.
• Enforce project control metrics to meet or exceed contract SLAs and Deliverables.
• Mentor and align a distributed workforce, including cybersecurity, database administration, and help desk teams.
