Job summary

Decision Technologies, Inc. seeks a Senior Deputy Program Manager (MANP2) to support a large NAVSEA contract in Washington, DC. You will oversee a 200-person team, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure program execution against schedules and budgets.

Candidates must be able to obtain a Secret clearance and possess extensive DoD program management experience across radar, EW, EO/IR, decoys, and laser systems. Some travel to Norfolk/San Diego may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
• Twenty (20) years of relevant Surface Radars, EW, EO/IR, Decoys and/or Laser program management or administrative experience.
• Bachelor's degree plus fifteen (15) years of relevant experience or Master's degree plus ten (10) years.

Responsibilities

• Deputy Program Managers support Program Managers on large, multi-year programs and sub-projects.
• Define technical approach, resource needs, and milestones with agency personnel.
• Establish schedules, budgets and costs for program execution.
• Travel infrequent; occasional trips to East/West Coast naval centers including Norfolk, VA and San Diego, CA.
