Job summary

NTT DATA Federal Services is seeking a Deputy Program Manager (DPM) to support a large federal program in Springfield, VA. The DPM will oversee day-to-day delivery across NOSC-related workstreams, coordinate staffing, manage performance dashboards, and drive improvements while ensuring 24/7 service coverage.

The role requires 6+ years in cybersecurity management, CISSP, and active TS clearance, with preferred PMP and a relevant bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of overall cybersecurity management experience.
• Minimum 1 year experience direct people-management responsibility for a team of 25+ FTEs.
• Current CISSP certification.
• Ability to obtain/maintain security clearances and active Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day delivery across NOSC-related workstreams and translate priorities into task-lead assignments.
• Manage operational leads and coordinate with subcontractors under the Program Manager.
• Maintain 24x7x365 service coverage and monitor staffing, onboarding, and coverage to prevent gaps.
• Monitor service levels, incidents, trends, dashboards, and staffing performance; drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate management response to major cybersecurity incidents and outages with SOC/NOC and other leads.
• Support labor utilization, staffing forecasts, deliverable status, subcontractor coordination, and financial inputs.
• Execute transition, knowledge transfer, operational readiness, and disaster recovery activities.
• Implement ITIL-aligned service-management processes and IT/NIST-based improvements.
