Job summary

Peraton is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to provide overall program leadership, acting as the single point of accountability for contractor performance across four contract task areas.

You will oversee program planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, Agile execution, transitions, subcontractor management, and performance reporting, interfacing with government stakeholders and the TPOC/CO/COR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Business (required).
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain TS clearance.
• 10+ years IT program/project management experience.
• 5+ years managing programs of comparable scope; >$100M contracts preferred.
• PMP, ITIL v4 Foundation, SAFe Agilist/SAFe SPC certifications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of accountability for contractor performance across all contract task areas.
• Lead Project Kick-Off Meetings and monthly Technical Status Meetings with stakeholders.
• Develop, deliver, and maintain the Monthly Status Report and the Project Management Plan; manage Agile Roadmap.
• Provide monthly Agile Roadmap briefings covering schedules, milestones, and risks.
• Oversee transitions, subcontractor performance, and cross-functional coordination.
• Maintain governance, reporting, and escalation processes across the program.
