Zusammenfassung

HeiTech Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a federal IT program within a structured PMO environment. The role oversees enterprise IT projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, changes, and deliverables are aligned throughout the lifecycle.

The candidate will apply established project management and Agile methodologies, plan and coordinate activities, monitor performance, and provide clear status reporting to leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, computer science, management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing information technology projects.
• Active PMP certification.
• Agile certification or formal Agile training.
• Experience managing multiple projects within a structured PMO or governance environment.
• Experience managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, changes, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Experience preparing project documentation and executive briefings.

Aufgaben

• Manage multiple IT projects from initiation to closeout.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
• Coordinate activities among technical teams, stakeholders, leadership, and participants.
• Monitor performance and identify risks requiring corrective action.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and briefings for leadership.
• Facilitate meetings, reviews, and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain PMO-compliant project documentation.
• Support intake, prioritization, planning, QA, and process improvement.
• Apply Agile, traditional, or hybrid PM practices as needed.
• Ensure activities stay within scope, schedule, and budget.
