Job summary

HeiTech Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a federal IT program within a structured PMO environment.

The PM will oversee multiple IT projects of varying size and complexity, ensuring scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, changes, deliverables, and stakeholder communications stay aligned throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires PMP certification, Agile training, and at least five years of IT project leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, computer science, management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing information technology projects.
• Active PMP certification.
• Agile certification or formal training in Agile project management.
• Experience managing multiple projects within a PMO or governance environment.
• Experience preparing project documentation, status reports, and stakeholder communications.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and lifecycle processes.
• Excellent organization, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior management.
• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple IT projects from initiation to closeout.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Coordinate activities among technical teams, stakeholders, leadership, and participants.
• Monitor performance and address schedule, cost, resource, scope, or delivery risks.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and briefings for program leadership.
• Facilitate project meetings and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain PMO-compliant documentation and governance.
• Support intake, prioritization, planning, QA, and process improvement.
• Apply Agile, traditional, or hybrid PM practices per project needs.
• Ensure alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and requirements.
