Job summary

Headquarters, Air Force Reserve Command seeks a supervisory HR leader to oversee the Civilian Personnel Flight, including APF and NAF HR sections, in Fort Worth, TX. You will ensure compliance with OPM standards, TIG rules, and effective personnel management across budgeting, safety, and space management.

The role requires proven leadership, deep knowledge of federal civilian personnel laws, and strong written/spoken communication to convey recommendations and issues.

Qualifications

• Experience at the next lower GS grade (GS-12) or equivalent.
• Knowledge of concepts, laws, rules, and regulations governing federal appropriated fund and NAF civilian personnel management.
• Ability to lead, manage, and supervise a medium to large organization.
• Strong written and oral communication to present issues and recommendations.

• Apply time-in-grade requirements and merit promotion rules for GS positions.
