Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of laws, rules, regulations governing federal personnel disciplines, esp. staffing and EEO programs.
• Knowledge of safety and security regulations, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to plan, organize, and direct staff of a small to medium organization.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to analyze organizational problems and develop timely, economical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Human Resources Specialists and direct HR functions.
• Plan, organize, and direct HR programs to attract, identify, and retain a diverse workforce.
• Apply knowledge of TIG requirements and GS standards in personnel actions.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and assess organizational needs.
