Job summary

U.S. Air Forces, Europe is seeking a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist to lead the Civilian Personnel Flight and oversee HR programs in support of installation missions.

The role requires directing personnel management activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory and fiscal requirements, and coordinating with AFPC to deliver services. Telework eligibility and a Secret clearance are required.

Key Responsibilities

Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the Civilian Personnel Flight. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents the Force Support Squadron with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Establishes, defines, and implements requirements for personnel programs to ensure operations are in line with regulatory and fiscal requirements, support goals, and mission requirements.

Facilitates technical personnel services provided by the Air Force Personnel Center (AFPC).
