Headquarters, Air Force Reserve Command is seeking a first level supervisor to oversee the AFRC Manpower Requirements Section, planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory staff.

You will supervise personnel management, build relationships with Air Force, OMB, DOD and other command representatives, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while meeting customer needs. This position is telework eligible and requires a Secret clearance.

Responsabilidades

• DUTY 1: Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of HQ AFRC/AIMRF, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and meeting customer needs.
• DUTY 2: Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
• DUTY 3: Represents HQ AFRC/AIMR with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
• DUTY 4: Attends meetings, conferences, and briefings related to program planning, policy changes, and site activation and proposed legislation.
