LRS Federal LLC in Severna Park, MD seeks a Senior Engineer or Architect / Project Manager to lead federal facilities design and delivery, including VA, DoD medical facilities, and other government installations. This is a project leadership role overseeing schedule, budget, and quality.

You will manage a multidisciplinary team, coordinate with federal agency clients and subs, and drive design through construction close-out while controlling scope and cost.

• Experience leading federal design projects.
• Ability to manage schedule, budget, and quality across complex programs.
• Strong client-facing and subcontractor oversight responsibilities.
