Job summary

Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a Lead Estimator in Massachusetts for the Estimating division. This full-time role leads the estimating efforts on the most complex, large-scale projects, including conceptual estimates, budgets, and value engineering.

You will analyze drawings, specs, and proposals to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates, manage subcontractor solicitation, and ensure bid quality and GMP development. Collaboration with clients and designers is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Engineering or Construction Management required.
• Minimum 5 years estimating experience in construction.
• 10+ years construction experience.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with estimating software.
• Knowledge of market conditions on pricing.
• Federal bidding/estimating experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead all estimating efforts on complex, large-scale projects, including budgets, takeoffs, and value engineering.
• Analyze drawings, specs, proposals to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates.
• Prepare cost comparisons and exhibit budgets/GMP.
• Coordinate subcontractor solicitation and selection.
• Collaborate with design teams and owners; support business development.
