WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Federal Site Investigation and Remediation Team Lead to guide multi‑discipline teams across Redmond, Seattle or Tacoma.

You will manage high‑profile federal projects, oversee site investigations, and coordinate remedial designs from pre‑design to closeout, ensuring safety and quality. You will provide senior leadership to environmental teams in the Pacific Northwest, focusing on schedule, budget, and client relationships while delivering practical, compliant cleanup

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• 10+ years of relevant post-education experience with Federal cleanup programs.
• PE license in Civil or Environmental Engineering (WA/OR/AK).
• US citizenship due to client requirements.
• Experience leading multi-discipline technical teams to deliver client needs.
• Knowledge of CERCLA, RCRA, MTCA & SMS regulations.
• Strong research skills and analytical mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to engage engineering and non‑engineering audiences.
• Proficiency with MS Office and related software; detail‑oriented and safety minded.

Responsabilidades

• Lead environmental site investigation and cleanup program tasks for Federal clients, including pre-design investigations and large sampling programs.
• Coordinate remedial design development with multi‑discipline teams and review design reports, CAD drawings, specs, and site layouts.
• Manage day‑to‑day execution of federal task orders with focus on client needs, safety, schedule, and practical cleanup solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and site-specific procedures in investigations and remedial activities.
• Oversee field work, training, and lessons learned; manage schedules and resources.
• Uphold WSP’s Code of Conduct and company policies; support business development needs.
