WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Lead Consultant with 10+ years of experience to join our Earth & Environment Team in the Pacific Northwest.

The role supports Site Investigation & Remediation (SIR) and EH&S lines, with a focus on client development and project leadership. You will manage environmental health and safety projects, mentor staff, and coordinate proposals and cost estimates while ensuring deliverables meet schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• BS degree or higher in environmental engineering, safety, or related science/engineering field.
• 10+ years post-education experience.
• 4+ years business development experience across government/private sectors.
• Staff leadership and project management experience.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop new clients for WSP's environmental business through networking.
• Lead and manage EH&S projects with adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Analyze data and recommend remedial solutions using established practices.
• Provide technical reviews to ensure EH&S regulatory and contract compliance.
• Travel primarily within the Pacific Northwest with occasional national trips.
• Coordinate communications with clients and internal teams for smooth delivery.
• Mentor junior staff and oversee SIR and EH&S staff assignments.
• Direct field and office technical work for SIR and EH&S groups.
• Lead proposal preparation, pricing, and client presentations.
• Prepare and review technical reports, proposals, and cost estimates.
