Parsons is seeking a Contracts Specialist to join our Federal Solutions team, supporting DoD programs at Aberdeen Proving Ground and Edgewood, MD. You will draft, administer, and manage complex procurement activities across a multi-year portfolio valued at hundreds of millions of dollars.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of federal contract management experience, a Master’s degree, and an active Secret clearance.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience providing contract management support.
• Active Secret is required.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and manage procurement-related documentsin accordance withFederal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), DOD 5000 series, and associated supplements.
• Coordinate and support Industry Days and other acquisition-related events.
• Develop requirements documents, including Market Research Reports, Work Statements, CDRLs, CLINs, DD-254s, Acquisition Plans, Source Selection Plans, Justifications & Approvals, and Determinations & Findings.
• Provide administrative support for source selection processes.
• Administer contracts, including preparation of Procurement Requests, Modification Requests, Technical Direction Letters/Instructions, and tracking obligations, expenditures, and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support successful contract execution and performance.
