Augustine Consulting, Inc. seeks a Contracts Management Analyst to support DoD contracts at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD. The role involves planning and executing acquisition documentation, tracking deliverables, and coordinating across the lifecycle with Army and DLA teams.

The ideal candidate will have DoD contract experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a distributed environment while maintaining compliance and timeliness.

Qualifications

• DoD 5000 acquisition process experience required.
• Knowledge of federal contracting laws and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently in a distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute contracts for a DoD customer.
• Develop and justify Acquisition Requirement Packages and Statements of Work.
• Create obligations plans, PR forms, and Program Objective Memoranda.
• Track deliverables and monthly reports.
• Prepare supporting briefings.
• Coordinate across acquisition life cycle.
• Determine contracting strategy and coordinate with Army contracting.
• Participate in source selection boards and conduct technical evaluations.
• Engage in product IPTs, tests, reviews, and demos.
• Oversee contract oversight for assigned products.
• Lead Supply Request packages to DLA and manage product transitions.
• Collaborate with contracting personnel to achieve desired outcomes.
