Parsons is seeking a Program/Project Manager to join a fast-paced Federal Solutions team supporting DoD programs at Aberdeen Proving Ground and Edgewood, Maryland. You will lead multi-year programs, drive interoperability and compliance, and deliver cost-effective fielding across a $600 million portfolio.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, 5–15+ years in program management, and an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any technical or managerial discipline is required.
• 5–15+ years of program/project management experience expected.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Proven leadership in large, multi-year programs.
• Familiarity with DoD standards, compliance, and MOSA/ISA is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead the overall planning, direction, and success of major programs, systems development efforts, and technology initiatives.
• Define, organize, and direct short- and long-range plans, including milestones.
• Oversee integration projects, ensuring DoD compliance and data requirements.
• Track and report on program progress, including schedules, budgets, costs, and fielding.
• Coordinate outreach and partner engagements to promote MOSA/ISA adoption.
• Support development of schedules, briefs, and reports for interoperability progress and cost reductions.
• Mentor cross-functional teams to deliver interoperable capabilities.
• Foster collaboration across stakeholders and align with agency goals.
