Job summary

AT&T Global Public Sector seeks a Lead Solutions Architecture Federal Contracts Manager to support the Public Sector Business. You will handle cradle-to-grave contract management for Cost Reimbursable, Fixed Price, and T&M types, interfacing with contracting officials, and guiding PMO on contractual terms.

Requires TS/SCI with poly; a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in federal contracting, CAS knowledge, and strong communications.

Qualifications

• : Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years handling Federal Government contracts.
• : Contract management experience with Federal Government contracts incl. proposal preparation, contract negotiations and admin of assigned contracts.
• : Knowledge of the Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and agency supplements.
• : Excellent organizational, written and oral communications skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.
• : Experience with government contracting issues such as conflicts of interest, equitable adjustment, funding realignment, and security in government contracting.
• : Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new applications.

Responsibilities

• Cradle to grave contracts management of Cost Reimbursable, Fixed Price and T&M contracts.
• Represent AT&T and interface with Customer Contracting Officials; manage contract files.
• Advise PMO on rights and obligations under contract terms; identify and mitigate risks.
• Negotiate contract modifications, review/change proposals and potential follow-on work.
• Issue contractual correspondence; attend meetings and briefings.
