AT&T Global Public Sector in Chantilly, VA seeks a Lead Solutions Architect to provide contractual leadership across Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions. The role translates customer requirements into scalable, compliant solutions and leads the contract lifecycle to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.

The position requires expertise in Federal contracting, FAR, and complex program support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of contracting experience in the Federal segment.
• Broad knowledge of Federal procurement and FAR.
• Experience leading complex contracts and programs.

Responsibilities

• Contract Drafting and Review: Drafting, reviewing and revising contractual documents to ensure adherence to company policies and customer specifications, while safeguarding the company’s contractual posture.
• Negotiation and Change Management: Negotiating customer contracts and modifications to achieve mutually beneficial terms, conditions, and specifications.
• Issue Resolution and Compliance: Providing resolution to contract-related issues and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Bid Package Preparation and Analysis: Participating in the preparation and review of bid packages, including work specifications, schedule commitments, cost objectives, and contract terms.
• Contract Execution and Administration: Supporting the proper execution of contract requirements, including the preparation of statements of work, authorization for work, and completion of contracted tasks, while maintaining detailed contract records.
• Contract Lifecycle Management: Providing contracts leadership throughout the contract lifecycle, ensuring contract compliance, supporting modifications, leading discussions and responding to all customer concerns, pain-points, corrective action plans, audits, performance ratings and develops and presents solution proposals to both programs and executive audiences to ensure contract compliance.
