Job summary

AT&T Global Public Sector is seeking a Lead Solutions Architect in Chantilly, VA to oversee contract administration across the full lifecycle for federal programs. You will translate customer requirements into compliant, executable contracts and coordinate with sales, engineering, operations and legal to ensure delivery commitments.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of federal contracting experience, knowledge of FAR, and strong negotiation and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years contracting experience in the Federal segment.
• Broad knowledge of Federal procurement and FAR.
• Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy and interacts with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing and revising contractual documents to ensure policy compliance and protect the company.
• Negotiating contracts and modifications to achieve favorable terms and conditions.
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and addressing contract-related issues.
• Participating in bid package preparation and analysis including work specs and cost objectives.
• Supporting contract execution, including statements of work and task completion with detailed records.
• Providing leadership across the contract lifecycle and presenting solutions to programs and executives.
