Job summary

ECC seeks a Senior Contracts Manager or Contracts Director to lead administration of complex federal construction, environmental, and international development contracts. The role spans from proposal review to closeout, with emphasis on compliance, risk management, and effective contract administration across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field with extensive federal contracting experience.
• Ten+ years of federal prime contract administration.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and contract compliance.

Responsibilities

• Administer federal contracts from solicitation to closeout.
• Primary point of contact with Government Contracting Officers.
• Advise on contract requirements, changes, and REAs.
• Support contract modifications, task orders, and claims.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and policies.
