Job summary

ECC is seeking a Senior Program Director to lead and expand its portfolio of federal construction and infrastructure programs in the United States and international regions. This executive role defines and executes program strategies, ensures compliance with federal contracting requirements, and delivers complex, multi‑project construction programs aligned with ECC's long‑term objectives.

You will provide enterprise‑level leadership across delivery, risk, and financial performance, while driving

Qualifications

• 15+ years in related roles with federal construction/government contracting.
• 5+ years in senior program or project leadership roles.
• Executive communication and negotiation skills with senior officials.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including international assignments.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for large-scale federal construction programs and portfolios.
• Direct the successful execution of programs across all phases (planning, design, construction, closeout).
• Oversee compliance with FAR and contract requirements across multiple sites and regions.
• Lead business development support and expansion into federal/global markets.
