Job summary

ECC seeks a Senior Contracts Manager or Contracts Director to lead administration of complex federal construction, environmental remediation, and international development contracts. The role is tailored to experience and provides path for growth within the Contracts function.

Working with project teams, government officials, and subcontractors, you will ensure compliance, manage risk, support project execution, and strengthen contract administration practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Contract Management, or related field; combinations may be considered.
• Ten+ years of federal prime contract administration experience.
• Extensive knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and federal contracting requirements.
• Experience with contract compliance, subcontract management, modifications, claims, and closeout.
• Strong written, verbal, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Administer federal prime contracts and subcontracts through the contract lifecycle.
• Serve as primary contact with Government Contracting Officers and agency representatives.
• Advise project teams on contract requirements, changes, and equitable adjustments.
• Support contract modifications, task orders, claims, and other actions.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and agency regulations.
• Provide guidance and training on contract administration and compliance.
• Lead procurement activities, source selection, and SBSPs.
• Support CPARS evaluations and responses.
• Develop policies, procedures, and internal controls for contracts.
• For Directors, supervise contracts staff and shape strategic direction.
