Qualifications

• NCMA certification preferred; US citizenship with TS clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle administration of prime contracts, subcontracts, and NDAs.
• Negotiate terms with government customers, primes, and subs.
• Develop contracting policies, templates, and workflows.
• Mentor staff; manage workloads and performance.
• Lead compliance initiatives and contract file audits.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and analytics for contracts.
